Location of the Business:The Hollows. West 3rd, Newport, Kentucky, 41071. Google Maps Location(Yes, I am nerdy enough to use a real location and go find it in Google maps.) It's the southern side of the road, down to about half way through that plot. It's big.
Jovanovich Charms and Spells is a combination charm shop, independent runner business and accredited Ley Line School.
It's one and only employee, for now, is Nikolai Jovanovich, who inherited the plot of land from his father when he came of age. He started the business on the property and now lives there too.
There are a number of buildings on the property, which I will detail in that application.
